Course Description: KIN 854 closely examines that various components of legal and administrative duties and issues that coaches and administrators are presented with on a daily, monthly and yearly basis.  This course sheds light on issues such as risk management, loss prevention, negligence, areas of responsibility, and leadership issues for administrators.
